I lease my building. Can I still benefit from harvesting my solar resource?

A couple of questions--

How long is your lease?

Are all electrical costs passed through to you--ie, are you carrying the rate shock risk, not your landlord?

Can you lease the parking lot or rooftop?

Onsite PV is really a way to lock in power costs--and you need a lease term of greater than twelve years to realistically make the numbers work.
